I called CCC late the same morning and told them what had happened. I was initially told they could get to me within a day or two, but I told them I had company coming in for a long weekend and really needed to get the carpets cleaned. While on the phone with the owner, he set up a time for me that very afternoon. The guys that came to the house were punctual, professional, experienced, and very friendly. They walked me through the process and explained how everything was done. I could not believe how quickly and thoroughly they cleaned the carpets in my house.
